I spent the first twelve years of my life in Elko, Nevada. God truly blessed me with Christian parents and it was through the impact of their lives that I became a Christian at the age of seven. I was confronted with the reality that I had broken God’s law and deserved eternal punishment. I saw that it was only through the cross of Jesus Christ that I could enter into a right relationship with God. As a result I surrendered my life to Jesus Christ. We later moved to Arkansas where I attended college at Arkansas State University. My freshman year I was introduced to Campus Outreach through a beautiful young lady named Mandy, not knowing at the time that she would one day be my wife. I became involved in the ministry and was challenged with whether or not I was going be obedient to Christ’s command to “Go and make disciples.” Through God’s Word and the leadership I received from the CO staff, I developed a conviction that no matter where I worked after college I wanted to give my life to knowing God more intimately and making him known to others.
