My freshman year at Indiana State University I met a man named Cameron Engle. Cameron and I quickly developed a friendship and through this friendship Cameron shared with me his personal faith in Jesus Christ. This was the first time I had heard and understood the truths of the gospel despite attending church my entire life. By talking with Cameron and personally examining the scriptures I began to realize that my sin and rebellion had separated me from my God, and because of that I needed a Savior. I then learned that Jesus offers to be that Savior through his death and resurrection. In October of 2005 I came to know him as my Lord and Savior. Over the course of the last four years I received training to help me grow in my faith. My desire now is to help other college students experience the joy that I have come to know.

There are two kinds of people one can call reasonable: those who serve God with all their heart because they know him, and those who seek him with all their heart because they do not know him. - Blaise Pascal
