Favorite Verse: Acts 20:24, “But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.”

My Testimony: “I was raised in a great Christian home with parents who always pointed me toward God. But I was living my life focused on getting the best grades in school, being the best in sports, and earning my parents approval, basically everything revolved around me. Through Romans 12:2, God opened my eyes to the depth of my sin which says, “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” After I heard that verse, I realized that I was conformed to the ways of this world and that I needed my heart to be transformed by God. So I prayed and repented of my sin, knowing that it was only through Jesus’s death of the cross that I was able to have a relationship with God. That He sacrificed Himself to pay the debt for all of my sins.”
