Favorite Verse: Ephesians 2:1-10, “I grew up hearing about God but never really knowing who he was, so I had a very distant view of him. I believed that as long as I was a good person I would be good enough to get into heaven. When I got to IUPUI, I met a women who shared the gospel with me. That was the first time that I understood that I am a sinner in need of a savior and that Jesus came and lived the life I could not live and die the death that I deserved in order to make me right before God. I stopped trying to be a good person and surrendered to Jesus knowing that he completed the work on my behalf.”
