Favorite Verse: Galatians 2:20, “I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”

My Testimony: “I grew up going to church and always believed that there was a God and I believed the story of Jesus Christ, but I never truly trusted in him as my Lord and savior. Throughout junior high and high school I found myself seeking identity in sports, school, and relationships. After high school I attended the University of Southern Indiana (USI). The first week of school my freshman year, I met a Campus Outreach staff guy who befriended me and began to share the gospel with me. I began to see my sin and my desperate need of Jesus Christ as Lord and savior in my life. I also saw that it was not because of the “good” deeds I did, or because of the “bad” things I didn’t do that I would be saved. However, it is only through true repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, that one is saved. About a month into my freshman year of college I trusted in Christ for salvation and have seen evidences of the power of the Holy Spirit making me a new creation in Christ. God has put a burden in my heart to reach the lost and raise up laborers who are zealous to know Christ more intimately and make him known.”
